At your home, by meeting up with you, or with collection and delivery (call-out fee 20 €). All repairs come with a 3-month guarantee.

3D design and printing
I design my own parts and print them on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon, in up to 4 colours at once. All my designs are on MakerWorld, where you can see and download them.

Has a plastic part broken, do you need a custom spare part or do you have an idea? Send me a photo or the file and I’ll tell you the price.
- A broken part: a photo of the part (ideally with a ruler or a coin next to it) and, if you can, the measurements.
- A 3D file: STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP.
- An idea: a drawing or a photo of something similar.
- I’ll reply on WhatsApp or by email with the price and the lead time.

How much does it cost to find out what’s wrong with my computer?
Nothing. The diagnosis is free, by phone or by remote access. I tell you what’s wrong and how much it costs to fix before I touch anything.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. I can come to your home, meet up with you, or collect your computer and bring it back repaired. The call-out fee is 20 €, in Santa Coloma de Gramenet and surrounding areas.
Who pays for the parts?
You pay for the parts (an SSD, RAM…). I’ll advise you on which one to buy for free and tell you the price there and then.
How do I pay?
By Bizum or in cash. First I check your computer and give you the price based on my rates, with no obligation. If you choose Bizum, you send it once you agree and I start as soon as it arrives. If you prefer cash, you pay me in person.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes, repairs come with a 3-month guarantee.
Do you install pirated Windows and Office?
No. Windows and Office, always with a genuine licence.
Do you unlock consoles or mobile phones?
No. I clean and repair consoles, but I don’t modify or unlock consoles or mobile phones.
What do I need to order a 3D-printed part?
A photo of the part (ideally with a ruler or a coin next to it) and the measurements if you have them, or the 3D file (STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP). Send it to me using the form or on WhatsApp and I’ll tell you the price and the lead time.
