Who is behind this website

How to order and pay, the guarantee and withdrawal: terms and conditions.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a robot: it does not ask you to solve anything, and Cloudflare only uses technical data from your browser for that check.

What data I collect and why

Only the data you give me in the 3D printing quote form or when you write to me on WhatsApp or by email: your name, how to contact you (phone or email), the description of what you need and any photos or files you attach.

• Purpose: to look into your order, give you a price and lead time, and reply to you.
• Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR, known in Spain as RGPD).
• How long: for as long as the conversation about the quote lasts and, if no order is placed, the data is deleted within 6 months at most. If an order is placed, for as long as the law requires.
• Who it is shared with: nobody. I do not sell or share your data.

Service providers involved

• Cloudflare hosts the website, passes the form on and, with Turnstile, checks that it is sent by a person. It does not store your form data: it forwards it straight away.
• Telegram: the form reaches me as a message to my Telegram account. Telegram may process data outside the European Economic Area with its own safeguards.
• WhatsApp and Gmail if you write to me that way.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to it, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD: aepd.es).

Affiliate links

On the What I use page, in my videos and in my designs there are affiliate links to shops such as AliExpress or Amazon. If you buy through them, the shop pays me a small commission and it costs you nothing extra. This website does not set cookies: when you click the link you leave for the shop, and it is the shop that uses its own cookies to know you came from here, according to its privacy policy. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. “En calidad de Afiliado de Amazon, obtengo ingresos por las compras adscritas que cumplen los requisitos aplicables.”
